Unit Tasks:

  • Developing the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the Deanship's staff to perform their work effectively.
  • Preparing and monitoring the implementation of the training plan for the Deanship's staff.
  • Intensifying communication with the Deanship's staff and utilizing performance evaluations to identify training and development needs.
  • Providing the Deanship's staff with the latest information in the field of training and development, based on work needs.
  • Identifying and analyzing tasks characterized by substandard performance and developing plans and courses to improve performance levels.
  • Utilizing training programs, seminars, and conferences relevant to the nature of the work.
  • Involving experienced Deanship staff in implementing training and development activities.
  • Conducting courses and workshops.
  • Preparing the necessary periodic reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, identify challenges, and develop appropriate solutions.
