Development and Quality Unit


Unit Tasks:

  • Developing the vision, mission, and general objectives of the Deanship in collaboration with all deanship agencies and departments.
  • Participating with deanship departments in preparing their plans and programs.
  • Studying the problems and issues facing the deanship's administrative units and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness and suitability of services periodically through various processes, including student surveys regarding their use of these services and their satisfaction levels.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the self-evaluation process for the deanship's activities and services in light of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation standards.
  • Promoting a culture of development and quality among deanship staff by proposing workshops, courses, and programs.
  • Involving all deanship staff in development efforts and providing them with everything they need to enhance performance.
