Key Responsibilities
The Student Services Unit is committed to providing advanced academic and administrative services based on digital transformation to facilitate the student's university journey, and its tasks include the following:
- Academic Admissions and Transfers
Admissions Requests Management: Responding to all inquiries related to admission conditions and procedures for new students.
Visitor Applications Reception: Processing the applications of students wishing to study as visiting students from outside the university.
External Transfer: Receiving and reviewing transfer requests from other universities to Najran University in accordance with the regulations.

- Equations and Digital Documentation
- Academic Equivalencies: Receiving and processing requests for the equivalence of courses for transferred students (externally) or those transferring between specializations (internally).
- Digital University Identity: Overseeing the activation and linking of academic data to issue digital university cards through the (Tawakkulna Services) application, enabling students to prove their identity electronically.
- Communication and Beneficiary Services
“Tawassul” Platform: A Quick and Effective Response to All Incoming Inquiries and Requests via the Official Electronic Communication System.
Care for Reviewers: Receiving reviewer invitations and providing them with direct support and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Guidance Support: Guiding students and providing them with accurate information on the updated academic systems and regulations.
