Development and Quality Unit

Description

Contributing to enabling the Deanship to achieve its mission and objectives through adopting and implementing principles of Total Quality Management, developing and implementing plans and programs, overseeing activities and works related to development and quality, promoting its culture that ensures achieving high levels of performance. Also collecting data and information continuously, documenting efforts and results of quality activities in the Deanship.

Objective

Overseeing development and quality affairs within the Deanship and ensuring the implementation of improvement plans in accordance with the University’s strategic plan.

Main Tasks

  • Overseeing the operations of the Development and Quality Unit within the Deanship, monitoring its adoption and implementation.
  • Preparing the annual operational plan for the Unit in accordance with the University’s strategic plan.
  • Following up on the implementation of development and improvement initiatives at the Admissions and Registration Department.
  • Submitting periodic reports to the Dean of Admissions and Registration Officer.
  • Coordinating with Quality and Development Units within the University.
  • Entering the operational plan and development initiatives onto the Strategic Platform and monitoring performance indicators associated with them.
