Human Resources Development Unit for Graduates
The Description:
Contributing to the organization and implementation of admission and registration procedures, building effective communication channels between the university and its graduates and training and employment agencies, ensuring compliance with university regulations and systems, and supporting graduate human resource development programs through coordination with related parties.
Unit Responsibilities:
- Reception and processing of applications from graduate students applying for training programs, including the “Tamheerah” program, during approved admission periods.
Coordination with colleges through the administrative communication system to identify training needs and follow up on their implementation until completion of procedures.Verification of data for advanced graduate applicants regarding qualifications and specialization, and processing any relevant notes or issues.Administrative supervision of male and female trainee graduates in the Graduates Development Program (Tamheer).Verification and follow-up of graduate data on the Tahafuz platform, responding to inquiries received via the administrative communication system, the Tahafuz platform, and the university’s beneficiary service.Processing issues related to online registration for graduates during admission periods on the Tahfez platform, in coordination with the Human Resources Development Office.Maintain and archive transactions related to trainees and trainees, including attendance sheets, both in paper and electronic formats according to approved systems.Prepare semi-annual reports on training programs and submit them to the relevant authorities within the university.Extracting and issuing student and female student cards for newly accepted students.Reception and verification of student application files (paper and electronic formats), ensuring their completeness and accuracy.Organizing and maintaining student files and records in accordance with the University's approved policies.
Implementing policies for record retention and disposal in accordance with the university’s systems and objectives.Guarantee of security and confidentiality of student information and data through approved electronic systems.Responding to beneficiary inquiries and providing administrative support related to admissions, registration, certificates, and graduate programs.
