About the Committee

The Examination Committee is the committee responsible for overseeing final and semester examinations in the college, and it is chaired by the Dean of the College.

Objectives of the Committee
The committee aims to ensure the implementation of academic achievement tests in accordance with approved regulations and procedures and instructions.

Committee Members
The examination committee consists of the following members whose names are:   
1- Dean of the College (as Chairman). 
2- Deputy Dean for Educational Affairs (Vice Chairman of the Committee)   
3- Registrar of the College (Member).
4- Heads of Examination Committees, represented by heads of scientific departments (Members).
5- Coordinator of Preparatory Courses and External Courses (Member). 
6- Faculty members selected by the Chairman or his Deputy (Members)   

Committee Tasks
1- Preparing a general file for examinations and updating it with the start of each academic semester according to any new decrees, regulations, and guidelines. 
2- Preparing a special file for the examination period, including all works and models used during the examination period and organized in a way that facilitates referring to them when needed.   
3- Preparing and preparing examination schedules and observation rooms.
4- Providing answer booklets to faculty members according to the established timelines and procedures.
5- Allocating a secure place within the college, tightly closed, for storing exam questions, answers, and related materials.  
6- Explaining the examination systems to all college personnel – faculty and staff – at the beginning of each academic semester, reminding them of these systems before examinations.
