1- Supervision of the schedules provided by the academic departments.

2- Approval of the opening of new branches based on requests from the academic departments.

3- Approval of increasing the number of students in the branches in coordination with the academic departments and the Deanship of Admissions and Registration.

4- Approving requests for extensions, re-enrollment, and alternative examinations according to the regulations governing them.

5- Consideration of excuses from deprived and absent students from final examinations in coordination with the academic departments and submission of recommendations to the College Council for approval.

6- Formation and approval of student activity committees within the college.

7- Nomination and recommendation for appointing supervisors and members of affiliated committees, and selecting others from faculty members.

8- Communication with official and private entities within and outside the university regarding its responsibilities.

9- Supervision of all educational units affiliated to the college agency according to the organizational structure.
