Financial and Administrative Affairs:
*The Dean chairs the college council according to Article Thirty-Three of the System for Universities.
*Approving the agenda of the council, which oversees the affairs of the council, invites attendance at its sessions, implements its decisions, and sends minutes of meetings to the President of the University.
*Taking the measures that enable the college to perform its mission in society through coordination with the relevant authorities at the University.
*Nominating those needed for contract or cooperation with them. Issuing administrative decisions and assignments to ensure the smooth running of work within the college and the distribution of tasks.
*Following up on the implementation of decrees and instructions issued by entities related to the University or others that it informs the College about.
*Approving employees in the college enjoying normal and urgent vacations, provided that the Deanship of Faculty Affairs and Staff at the University completes all necessary procedures for them according to the System.
*Forming temporary committees to organize work in the college or to carry out some of its business, unless this incurs financial burdens on the University.
*Imposing administrative penalties on the college’s administrative staff, excluding those in the eighth grade or below in case of an act. This, according to applicable systems, and reporting to the President of the University for others.
*Approving performance calendars for employees, faculty members, department heads, vice-chancellors and the Dean.
*Distributing the summer vacation among administrators, staff and workers in the College and raising a statement about the distribution. To the Deanship of Human Resources to complete the necessary procedures.
*Contacting their counterparts at universities, public institutions and government agencies in everything that falls within their jurisdictions.
*Demanding payment of various dues to the college (if any). After obtaining prior approval before implementing any expenses.

Educational Affairs:
*Receiving proposals from academic departments and faculty members regarding scientific matters and other things, and presenting what needs to be presented to the relevant authorities.
*Approving curricula and distributing courses to faculty members in the college and examination schedules.
*Approving results on time and raising what needs approval to competent authorities at the University.
*Forming scientific and technical committees and others as needed without incurring financial burdens and presenting what requires financial burdens before implementation.
*Supervising the overall process of education.

Faculty Affairs:

*Permission is granted to faculty members to deliver lectures and supplementary courses approved in advance by the relevant department, and to request the disbursement of their allowances after confirming the necessary accreditation for it.
*Recommendations regarding requests from government agencies to utilize faculty members from the college to deliver lectures or participate in conferences or seminars organized by those agencies within the Kingdom, provided that this does not affect their performance at the college and that the university bears no financial burden.
*Recommendations regarding faculty members’ participation in discussing master's and doctoral theses at universities and colleges within the Kingdom when requested by those entities, provided that this does not affect their performance at the college and that the university bears no financial burden.
*Recommendations to postpone the granting of vacations to faculty members, lecturers, and teaching assistants whenever a need arises, in accordance with the regulations governing such cases.

Student Affairs:
*Supervising the preparation, study, and coordination of the college admission plan with the Deanery of Admissions and Registration, and submitting it to the relevant authority in the University for necessary action.
*Direct supervision of student activities within the College according to the approved activity plan from the University Council and coordinating this with the Deanery of Student Affairs.
*Supervising students’ academic and behavioral affairs and creating a suitable environment for their scientific achievement and progression in their studies.
*Forming specialized committees to monitor negative phenomena that may exist among students and addressing what can be remedied, and referring those who require it to the Student Discipline Committee of the University and following up on its implementation against them.
*Imposing disciplinary penalties on students according to what stipulates this regarding regulations and directing the competent authority to refer anyone requiring it to the Student Conduct and Discipline Committee and monitoring the implementation against him and notifying him.
