Where the administration of the College of Business Administration strives to provide the administrative and technical services required for the benefit of the college’s personnel – faculty members, staff, and students – according to high quality standards. The College of Business Administration was established at King eNgran University in 1429/1430H. Since then, the college has been one of the leading colleges for sons and daughters of Ngran region – students and female students, researchers and female researchers – to prepare national cadres trained and qualified to work in various fields and be a source of pride and honor for the homeland and our beloved Kingdom under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince.


The college is also one of the most prominent investment pillars for scientific, developmental, and research progress in King eNgran University, in line with its vision and objectives.
Administrative development, in general, is a fundamental concept in the field of administration and an essential part of administrative development. It is one of the main reasons for success and achieving goals, as it focuses on developing the work of the administrative apparatus, improving job performance, raising the efficiency of employees, simplifying procedures, distributing workforce, training, and creating a suitable working environment for employees in the organization to achieve the maximum benefit from material and human capabilities and to achieve its objectives for which it was established.
Aware of the importance of administrative development and its important and vital role in the growth of the university, the college has adopted the necessary plans and programs to provide training opportunities for the college’s employees in accordance with systems and regulations related to this matter, under the direction of the University's senior management, within actual training needs.
Also, the college administration seeks to simplify procedures, design, and develop models used, prepare and update operating manuals, and also strives to raise the level of performance and keep it in a state of constant development and organization to ensure that a stimulating and healthy work environment is available that helps with quality of performance.
Our goal is for the college administration to be distinguished in the field of administrative work, achieving the goals for which the administration was established.
