Historical Background of the Program

In line with activating the role of universities to meet the requirements of Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program / Ministry of Education Initiatives 2020, and building on its national and academic community responsibility, Najran University has initiated professional programs designed to link university curricula with available job opportunities in the labor market according to changing needs. To this end, the Faculty of Administrative Sciences began reviewing its academic programs at the beginning of the first semester of 1440/1441 H, in order to align them with renewed market demands and connect them with developments in the field of specialization, in pursuit of the objectives of the Future Plan for Higher Education (Horizons / Program & Curriculum Pathways), and to contribute to Najran University’s ambitious vision of achieving leadership in education, learning, and community service. Recognizing the need to establish a Professional Master's Program / Modular System program, as indicated above, and given the rapid updates of national systems in various institutions, and in light of quality and academic accreditation standards (Education & Learning Criterion), and in accordance with the strategic objectives of Najran University’s updated plan, the program was developed as presented.
