Overview of the Master's Program in Industrial Engineering 

The Master of Engineering Management program at Najran University is a qualitative program aimed at achieving integration between engineering knowledge and modern administrative practices, qualifying engineering competencies with leadership skills, project and operations management, decision-making, innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation; enabling graduates to assume leadership and managerial roles efficiently in the engineering and technological sectors. This program was developed using an academic methodology based on comparative referencing with several distinguished local and international programs, including King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Prince Sultan University, Michigan–Dearborn American, Aston British, and Abu Dhabi. The results of this comparison contributed to the design of a program that keeps pace with global best practices, meets labor market needs, supports the development of national competencies, and achieves the objectives of Vision 2030 for Saudi Arabia.
