Biochemistry is concerned with the study of the chemical processes that occur within human cells, providing students with a strong foundation for many topics such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, enzymes, hormones, vitamins and molecular biology, as well as their structures and functions.
This science is directed to students of the Medical College, Pharmacy, Dental College and Applied Science Colleges. It is taught through lectures, practical sessions, discussions and student projects.
