1. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the unit’s committees and monitor their implementation.
  2. Monitor the implementation of approved examination and assessment policies and procedures, and oversee their continuous review and updating.
  3. Coordinate, review, and approve midterm, final, and make-up examination schedules, including the assignment of invigilators.
  4. Supervise examination control (Examination Control Unit) operations and monitor the preparation of its periodic reports.
  5. Oversee the administration of the National Progress Test and the End-of-Program Examination.
  6. Supervise the statistical analysis of course assessment results and collaborate with academic departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Update the forms, templates, and documentation related to the unit and its affiliated committees.
  8. Ensure compliance with academic accreditation requirements in coordination with the Vice Deanship for Development and Quality.
  9. Prepare and submit the unit’s annual report to the Department of Medical Education.
