The Faculty of Medicine’s Development and Quality Agency focuses on continuous assessment of all operations and activities within the college and its programs, through which the quality of these processes can be determined. This assessment includes all administrative, academic, research, and community service activities undertaken by the college throughout the year, allowing for continuous monitoring of performance and course correction in collaboration with the college administration and its departments.

Through the Development and Quality Unit, we strive to promote a culture of quality to ensure achievement of standards set by the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation (NCAAA); to ensure performance quality at the level of the Faculty of Medicine and the Department of Surgery, which ensures the achievement of the college’s strategic vision, mission, and objectives, and achieving the leadership that the Faculty of Medicine aspires to in an integrated and reliable manner.

At the Faculty of Medicine, we rely on quantitative and qualitative performance indicators that are measurable to assess our achievement of strategic goals, to determine to what extent we fulfill our tasks and commitments, to identify areas of weakness, and to develop operational plans for continuous improvement. Furthermore, we select benchmark standards to compare our performance with other national colleges, which helps in assessing the college’s position and quality of performance compared to other national colleges.
