Tasks
- Establish distinguished relationships with all institutions related to computer science and participate in their activities.
- Organize and encourage department members to participate in scientific activities outside the department.
- Organize and encourage department members to participate in social activities outside the college.
- Collect and categorize the projects executed by the department and its members, along with the outcomes of these projects in serving the community and development plans, and create a database.
- Deepen communication between the department and the responsible entities for development plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and study a mechanism for participation.
- Develop policies and mechanisms to expand the range of services provided by the department and college to the community, in alignment with the department's and college's mission, and follow up on their implementation.
- Develop a mechanism to measure the community's satisfaction with the services provided by the department and the college and follow up on the implementation.
- Other tasks related to the unit.
