  1. Coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs at the university to participate in various student activities and encourage students to engage.
  2. Participation in organizing events, conferences, and student activities specific to the college.
  3. Nominating students for participation in various cultural and scientific events both inside and outside the university.
  4. Motivating and encouraging outstanding students and encouraging participation in competitions.
  5. Announcing college and university activities at the beginning of each semester and submitting a performance report at the end of each semester.
  6. Contributing to organizing various sports matches in all sports competitions.
  7. Identifying and discovering students' talents and abilities.
  8. Organizing training and educational courses for students to develop their various skills.
  9. Organizing specialized scientific trips for students.
  10. Providing activities that help students manage their time and leisure effectively.
  11. Publishing news about student activities at the college and university level to serve the students' interests.
  12. Organizing open meetings for students in the department with the Head of the Department and the Dean of the College.
  13. Organizing the closing ceremony for student activities at the end of each academic year.
  14. Determining the budget allocated for student activities and preparing reports on expenditures.
  15. Measuring students' satisfaction with the activities and following up on their suggestions.
  16. Reporting on achievements at the end of each semester.
  17. Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the unit.
