In the time that e-learning has become a pressing necessity and a strategic requirement for education according to the demands of the 21st century, the Digital Transformation Office and sources of knowledge welcome visitors to its website, through which it seeks to provide many services based on best local and international practices in the field of e-learning and distance learning that meet the needs of beneficiaries – faculty members and students – in training and technical support around the clock throughout the week. Furthermore, the Office provides most of its services via an automated response service, saving time and effort for beneficiaries, through the Office’s bot on Telegram, which was prepared and programmed by the Office team. In addition to this, the Office designs and develops e-learning courses according to local standards (“the Saudi National E-Learning Standards”), but it does not limit itself to following these aforementioned standards; rather, it offers training courses for faculty members in international standards (“Quality Matters”) in order to design e-learning courses with global specifications, based on the Office’s qualified trainers from Quality Matters. Finally, dear beneficiaries of the service, feedback is a requirement for improvement and development and quality enhancement; we are pleased to accept your opinions and suggestions through communication channels available for the Office staff on the website or by visiting the Office headquarters at the University campus, asking God Almighty success and assistance for us and you all.
