Attendance Monitoring Unit: is a department within the university that works on recording and following the attendance and departure of employees, identifying any delays or absences to ensure smooth operations, improve productivity, enhance compliance with regulations and policies, as well as providing accurate data used in calculating salaries and rewards.
The tasks of the Attendance Monitoring Unit revolve around monitoring and regulating employee attendance, activating and updating employee attendance systems (such as fingerprint scanning), preparing periodic reports, coordinating with department managers to address any issues related to absences or delays, as well as submitting proposals to improve attendance efficiency and ensure its compliance with laws and regulations.

Operate and update attendance monitoring systems efficiently and provide proposals for their improvement.
- Report Preparation:
Prepare periodic reports on attendance and submit them to the authorized person or senior administrative authorities. - Coordination with Departments:

Communicate with the managers of departments and administrations to discuss attendance notes and ensure their accuracy.
Add fingerprints of new employees, cancel them upon termination, and transfer fingerprints for employees transferred between departments.
