The aim of the Attendance Monitoring Unit: is to achieve effective monitoring of administrative units in the University to ensure the safe implementation of staff attendance with regard to their work and to facilitate workflow without obstacles, preserving the employee’s performance of his/her job duties

The main objectives of the Attendance Monitoring Unit are:

  • Attendance Guarantee: 
    Monitoring and ensuring the attendance of employees in accordance with the systems and regulations in effect at the university. 
  • Improve Productivity: 
    Reduce delays and absences to ensure employees perform their tasks regularly, which positively impacts the university’s overall productivity.
  • Activate Automated Systems: 
    Utilize automated systems and attendance tracking programs to record data accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing Periodic Reports: 
    Collecting attendance data and analyzing it, preparing periodic reports on cases of lateness, absences, and committed employees. 
  • Providing an organized work environment: 
    Establishing a clear organizational framework for working hours, which reduces chaos and lack of discipline and contributes to balancing the needs of work and employee well-being.
  • Submitting Improvement Proposals: 
    Suggest solutions and proposals to develop attendance tracking systems and improve their efficiency, which contributes to raising employee productivity.
  • Follow-up and Data Verification: 
    Verify and record all instances of delays and absences, and coordinate with department heads to ensure the accuracy of the data. 
  • System Integration: 
    Integrate attendance and leave systems with other Human Resources (HR) systems (ERP) within the university to ensure data integrity.
