Completing administrative operations for university staff through the About Page and Service Views, as well as other financial operations for university staff including entitlements, salaries, allowances, and travel procedures through the issuance of government travel orders.
Setting up monthly salary processions for university staff with various jobs and approving additional allowance decisions on salaries after their issuance (academic allowance, agency allowance, department head allowance, excellence allowance) and approving various types of deduction and disciplinary decisions and approving decisions to cancel deductions and refund the deducted amount.
Receiving files from university members and storing them, as well as issuing work cards and identification cards for all university members.
Completing administrative staff, healthcare personnel, Wage Scale employees, and User procedures according to each job scale regulations and completing retirement rights cancellation procedures and issuing various allowances decisions for eligible administrative and healthcare staff, and preparing minutes of promotions for healthcare, Wage Scale, and User personnel.
Issuing decisions regarding different types of leaves and restricting leaves to those with expiring contracts.
Completing procedures for new faculty members and completing their appointment procedures and directing them to their various units, issuing visas for non-Saudi faculty members, issuing visitor visas for visiting faculty, issuing residencies, loss allowances, damaged allowances, renewing residencies, issuing exit and re-entry visas, final exit visas, and issuing transfer visas.
