e-commerce unit

Working on the management of electronic systems related to internal and external human resources
and preparing the models and managing the electronic website for the administration.

Staff Relations Unit

Focusing on the social aspect of employees and overseeing the reception and onboarding of new employees, preparing them for work and promoting employee loyalty, commitment, and professional affiliation programs.

Client Care Unit

Receiving all complaints and grievances of employees, and working to verify their details, and then dealing with them professionally and with confidentiality, and delivering them to the concerned party with a solution and receiving inquiries and requirements of university members and taking care of them and responding to them to meet their needs, in coordination with the rest of the administration departments.
