Development and Quality Unit

The Development and Quality Unit aims to achieve quality in all services and activities of the Public Administration Human Resources Department in accordance with quality standards, improve the efficiency of material, human, technical resources, and develop an attractive and motivating organizational work environment.

Workforce Planning Unit

Human Capital Management and Knowledge Management, and ensuring the continuity of the organizational business through strategic workforce planning and identifying human resource needs, planning for succession planning by identifying key job roles and critical functions and working on disbursing training expenses.

functional performance unit

Working on the dissemination of administrative culture and studying procedures and models, simplifying them to achieve the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness, and improving employee performance levels through the selection of the best scientific modern methods in the field of administration.

Vocational Training Unit

Working on identifying training needs for employees, preparing training plans and estimated budgets, coordinating with training providers, and monitoring and evaluating their implementation.

Talent Unit and Leader Preparation

The Talent Management and Leadership Development Unit helps build a talent supply chain and manage high-potential employees, along with developing and retaining them, as well as establishing a talent supply chain to ensure the university's long-term success.
