The General Administration of Human Resources is the cornerstone of the University’s success and achievement of its strategic objectives, representing the central element in developing and motivating competencies to reach the highest levels of performance and excellence. In this regard, the General Administration of Human Resources undertakes strenuous efforts to develop work and enhance the quality of services provided to all university employees, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and institutional excellence.
We are proud in the Administration of what has been achieved of qualitative accomplishments which represented in attracting qualified competencies, developing their skills, enabling them to creativity and give, which reflected positively on performance and productivity in various administrative and academic units of the University. We also pay great attention to developing work methods and simplifying procedures that contribute to shortening time and effort to complete transactions of beneficiaries, and transforming them into integrated electronic services that provide an excellent experience exceeding expectations. The General Administration of Human Resources – with God’s will – will continue its efforts to enhance continuous development, raise performance efficiency, improve systems and policies, ensuring the stability of university employees and their job satisfaction, and contribute to enhancing the University's position and leadership at the local and regional levels.
