Vision Realization Office

The Description:
Aims to implement the goalsof the strategic vision of 2030 and ensuring consistency between the university’s strategic orientations with the strategic orientation of Vision 2030, as well as supporting initiatives that achieve this.
Tasks:
  1. Providing technical support in building and aligning the strategic plan at Najran University to achieve the goals of Vision 2030 and its executive programs.
  • Ongoing collaboration and coordination with the Vision Realization Office in the Ministry of Education regarding Vision 2030 and initiatives.
  • Receiving initiatives and projects from various university units and evaluating them internally according to approved standards, and submitting the most promising ones to the relevant authorities in accordance with regulations and policies.
  • The supervision of the implementation of initiatives from various university units and ensuring their alignment with governance of approved initiative management office within the Ministry of Education.
    • Providing the Vision Follow-up Office with performance indicators in coordination with the University's Performance Measurement Unit.
  • The tasks assigned to the Office by the Vice President for Development and Quality are handled.
