Institutional Excellence Unit

The overall goal:
The unit of institutional excellence aims to promote a culture of institutional excellence at the University to achieve the University’s mission and strategic objectives.
Tasks:
  1. Promote a culture of institutional excellence at the University and link it to the values of the University and professional disciplines.
  • Review and verification of policies, operations, and regulatory procedures at the University.
    • Participate in reviewing the structures and organizational frameworks based on the university’s strategic plan.Contributing to reviewing and evaluating the efficiency of various operations, ensuring their quality, and providing improvement suggestions aimed at enhancing their effectiveness.Tracking the institutional excellence awards at the university and its mechanisms and indicators.Identifying training needs for human resources related to the sectors of work of the unit and coordinating with specialized organizational units to meet those needs.Prepare the annual report for the university and follow up on its achievements with all parties.Recommendations regarding conservation and expenditure efficiency for all university supplies are presented.
