The overall objective:
                     Providing the necessary consultations when formulating and developing policies and mechanisms for implementing comprehensive quality systems in all academic units and administrative bodies of the University, as well as policies and mechanisms for continuous quality improvement.

Tasks:
  1. Providing technical and administrative consultancy to the University Vice President for Development and Quality and the Dean of the Directorate of Development and Quality.
Conducting studies for the subjects referred for this purpose by the Vice-Chancellor's Office for Development and Quality.Submitting proposals for development projects, quality projects, and methods to improve them, as well as following up on their implementation after approval.Prepare periodic regular reports on the progress of operations, development and quality projects, and submit them to His Excellency the Vice President for Development and Quality.Contributing to the preparation of follow-up reports for the University’s Development and Quality Agency strategic plan, as well as the University’s strategic plan.Supporting the Deanship of Development and Quality in providing technical support to development and quality units within colleges, deanships, and departments, as well as academic accreditation processes.Providing technical support for the implementation of general policies and strategic plans for development and quality at the university level.Prepare programs to promote a culture of total quality in the university and support related activities.Contributing to the formulation of policies and mechanisms for building human capital in the field of Total Quality Management and its localization.Offering courses and workshops for academic development for faculty members as well as professional assessments for administrators, staff, and male and female university students.The Dean of Student Affairs was assigned other tasks to implement by the Vice-Dean for Development and Quality.
