About the Vice Deanship:

This Vice Deanship is responsible for managing and executing projects, creating an optimal environment to ensure their success, and closely monitoring operations to guarantee compliance with the highest standards and specifications. It also provides consulting and services to all sectors across various fields, while enhancing productivity through effective resource management and optimal utilization within a sustainable and supportive work environment for the Institute’s staff, clients, and University members. The Vice Deanship is administratively and organizationally affiliated with the Dean of the Institute.

Functions of the Vice Deanship:

• Developing and providing the necessary infrastructure to create an ideal work environment for the successful implementation of the Institute’s projects.
• Maintaining continuous communication and coordination with partners and relevant internal and external stakeholders, following up on work progress, and providing support and solutions.
• Supervising the preparation of the annual training and program plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Overseeing the Institute’s activities in delivering consulting, research, and training services.
• Supervising the preparation of periodic and annual reports, as well as budget estimates and final accounts for all programs and projects.
• Overseeing the departments under the Vice Deanship, evaluating their performance, and ensuring the application of quality standards.
• Monitoring the Institute’s needs and providing the necessary human and material resources to ensure smooth operations and service delivery in line with client and partner requirements.
• Monitoring project execution using modern approaches in risk management, change management, quality, and cost control, while identifying challenges and proposing appropriate solutions.
