About the Vice Deanship:
The Vice Deanship is responsible for creating opportunities and developing them into tangible business ventures to generate sustainable self-revenue for the University. It also seeks to ensure long-term business growth by developing strategic plans and collaborative agreements with external sectors, building a competitive organizational value, and establishing sustainable partnerships with all clients to retain them and attract new ones. This is achieved by maintaining the highest levels of excellence and leveraging all human and technical capabilities to ensure comprehensive quality. The Vice Deanship is administratively and organizationally affiliated with the Dean of the Institute.
Functions of the Vice Deanship:
- Obtaining award letters and assigning projects to the Execution Vice Deanship for follow-up.
- Implementing quality standards within the Institute and developing strategic and organizational plans.
- Providing technical support for projects.
- Developing effective marketing plans for services and projects.
- Maintaining continuous communication with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and develop improvement plans.
- Creating long-term value with clients by building mutual trust, contributing to maintaining the Institute’s reputation and institutional image.
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research for the Institute and its initiatives.
- Identifying challenges facing development and quality programs and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Preparing and reviewing performance and progress reports, monitoring operational KPIs, and proposing improvements to enhance performance.
