The Director of Alumni Affairs assumes responsibility for overseeing all units affiliated with the administration, including:
First: The Alumni Unit:

  • Communication with graduates and following their professional and social situations.

  • Organizing events, seminars, and meetings for graduates.

  • Collecting and analyzing statistical data about graduates.

    • Providing support and consultation to graduates.

    Promoting graduate culture.

    Secondly: Documents and Records Unit:

    • Receipt and processing of requests from graduates related to documents and certificates.

  • Issuing graduation certificates and other official documents.

  • Maintain graduate records.

  • Verify the validity of data and documents.

    • Thirdly: Graduate Human Resources Development Unit:

    • Identifying the needs of graduates in skills and abilities.

    • Design and implementation of training programs for graduates.

    • Assistance for graduates in finding job opportunities.

      • Providing counseling and guidance services to graduates.

      Enhancing relations with companies and institutions to provide job opportunities for graduates.

      The general duties of the Director of Alumni Affairs include:

      • Develop plans and strategies for the administration's work.

    • Supervising the implementation of management plans and programs.

      • Evaluation of the performance of units affiliated with the administration.

      Submitting periodic reports to senior management.

      Representing the Administration at External Conferences and Events.

      Collaboration with relevant entities in the field of graduate affairs.
