The Director of Alumni Affairs assumes responsibility for overseeing all units affiliated with the administration, including:

Organizing events, seminars, and meetings for graduates.
Collecting and analyzing statistical data about graduates.
Providing support and consultation to graduates.
Promoting graduate culture.

Receipt and processing of requests from graduates related to documents and certificates.
Issuing graduation certificates and other official documents.
Maintain graduate records.
Verify the validity of data and documents.

Submitting periodic reports to senior management.
Representing the Administration at External Conferences and Events.
Collaboration with relevant entities in the field of graduate affairs.
