Launching from the university’s philosophy in performing its functions related to education, scientific research, and community service, which aims to meet the needs of Saudi society in finding distinguished competencies qualified academically at a high level in the field of special education, approval has been granted to establish the Department of Special Education in the 1431/1430 Hijri academic year, pursuant to the Royal Decree to become one of the departments affiliated with the Faculty of Education.
