Maintaining comprehensive records of all university vehicles and following up on all related procedures, including tracking vehicle license renewals and maintaining a record for each vehicle and monitoring its status, as well as recording all information pertaining to it.
  • Receiving and delivering vehicles and distributing them among drivers according to operational requirements, monitoring their daily movement, maintaining them, utilizing them as allocated, and ensuring their maintenance.
