Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Universe and Granting of Peace and Blessings upon the Most Honorable Prophet, Muhammad, Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and companions. May peace and blessings be upon him.

Now, let it be known:

The Scientific Council is a cornerstone in the important and effective role that universities play in anticipating the future based on scientific foundations, contributing to the development of generations who possess distinguished skills enabling them to achieve Vision 2030, and to achieve this, the Council seeks to provide all possible means that will develop the research and innovation system and increase the effectiveness of faculty members, motivating them for excellence in all fields, while aligning with the vision of the Ministry of Education and the University to achieve leadership in education, learning, and scientific research, building a knowledge-based and competitive community internationally. Therefore, the Council seeks to apply regulations, systems, and executive rules with transparency, justice, and equality for all.

Furthermore, the Scientific Council strives to provide all University competencies with opportunities for scientific development through sabbatical programs and scientific communication, encouraging and publishing scientific research in peer-reviewed and internationally classified journals, which contributes to elevating the University’s ranking in international classifications.

Finally, the Scientific Council, along with its members and committees, exert their efforts to achieve the University's goals, raise the level of its members and outcomes, and we ask for guidance and success.
