  • Developing a comprehensive methodology that aligns with global trends when designing the user experience.
  • Adopting a comprehensive methodology and mechanism to benefit from the results of customer experience studies, which includes stages of preparation, requirement definition, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and impact measurement.
  • Compliance with the minimum standards for accessibility and usability (level AAA) endorsed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) in all platforms and university websites.
  • Providing all necessary means to facilitate the access of people with disabilities to university services.
