To develop a mechanism for engaging beneficiaries in the development of university digital services targeted at them, and to identify the channels for beneficiary engagement and how to benefit from them.

This includes internal and external beneficiaries (students – faculty members – administrative, technical, and medical staff – the external community).

  • Providing digital platforms and channels for communication, dialogue, and consultation with beneficiaries.
  • Encouraging electronic participation for all beneficiaries.
  • Applying the principles of transparency and openness in publishing and utilizing government information and data.
  • Improving feedback, evaluation, and follow-up mechanisms to monitor beneficiary satisfaction and the impact of electronic participation.
  • Training beneficiaries on the importance and methods of electronic participation.

5. Policy Implementation Procedures

  1. A special link has been designated to receive beneficiary contributions.
  2. Beneficiary contributions are received via the unified phone number and uploaded periodically to the concerned team.
  3. Beneficiaries are encouraged to communicate their contributions via email.
  4. All contributions are monitored through social media channels.
