1. Prepare and implement the annual operational plan for the unit in line with the implementation plan of the Deanship of Development & Quality.
  2. Establish and update the internal system to ensure quality and its supporting guidelines.
  3. Design the annual plan for assessing the quality of programs and colleges within the university.
  4. Provide technical support to colleges and programs to enhance their internal systems for ensuring quality, and continuously improve their outputs.
  5. Form and train the Quality and Technical Support team for programs and colleges.
  6. Integrate with all units of the Deanship of Development & Quality to achieve the annual objectives of the deanship.
  7. Prepare the annual report on the completion of the unit’s annual operational plan.
