The Quality Assurance Unit was established as one of the newly formed units within the updated organizational structure of the Deanship of Development and Quality, with approval number 4500043425 dated 12/6/1445H. The unit was created in line with the strategic directions of Najran University, aiming for continuous development of academic programs in light of scientific, intellectual advancements, and national requirements, and to create a safe and attractive educational environment that supports creativity and innovation, interacts with the local and international community. Through its annual plans and integration with the units of the Deanship of Development and Quality, the Quality Assurance Unit seeks to achieve the goals of the Deanship in supporting the continuous improvement of academic programs and enhancing their educational outcomes, developing human capabilities, and building qualified national cadres that ensure the sustainability of quality systems and elevate the university's outputs to achieve institutional excellence.
 The Quality Assurance Unit will begin its first steps towards achieving its objectives with great momentum, assisted by God, and benefiting from the gains achieved by the Deanship in previous years. An operational plan has been designed to run from February 2024 to June 2024, through which it will contribute to implementing initiatives and projects of the Executive Plan of the Deanship and through it establish its system and form its team to move towards achieving its mission in the coming years, with God's grace.
