Program Overview

This specialization aims to provide the student with the knowledge, skills, and competencies that enable them to provide technical support to users, solve problems related to applications and systems, repair, configure, assemble, maintain, and upgrade computers, as well as deliver training to users; to facilitate the effective use of various technologies without delay.

Preparing qualified personnel in the field of technical support to bridge the gap in intermediate job positions by equipping students with the skills that enable them to provide technical support to users and solve problems related to applications and systems.

This program aims to provide the student with the necessary skills and information to practice work in the field of computer technical support. At the end of the program, the student will be able and effectively:
