Vehicle Permits System
Online platform for issuing and managing vehicle entry permits to the Najran University campus. It allows students, faculty, staff, contractors, and members of the teaching staff to submit permit applications electronically, attach required documents, add authorized representatives, and track the status of their application until approval. Upon approval, the applicant receives a permit sticker from the Permits Unit within the University Security Department.

Steps
- Log in using your username and password for your account via Single Sign-On.
- Submit a new permit application and enter vehicle data, then attach a copy of the vehicle’s driving license and a copy of the driver’s license. If you are a university resident, also attach a proof of residence certificate.
- Add any authorized drivers, then agree to the terms and conditions and submit the request.
- Track the status of the application from the system.
- After approval of the application, review the permits unit in the University Security Administration to receive the permit sticker.
