تُعد الاستشارات والاستبيانات الإلكترونية قناة تواصل مباشرة بين جامعة نجران والمجتمع، حيث تُسهم في التعرف على آراء المستفيدين حول خدمات الجامعة المقدمة لهم، وقياس مدى الرضا، وذلك بهدف الرفع من جودة كفاءة الخدمات وتحسينها بما يحقق تطلعات الجامعة.

And the University provides access to two national platforms through this service:

The Unified Electronic Platform – Observation:
A national platform that enables individuals to view government projects, regulations, and policies and provide feedback on them.
