Online consultations and surveys represent a direct channel of communication between Najran University and the community, enabling the university to identify opinions from beneficiaries regarding the services provided, measure satisfaction levels, and ultimately enhance service efficiency and quality to meet the university’s aspirations.

The University offers access to two national platforms:

Unified Electronic Platform – Istintaa’:
A national platform that allows individuals to view government projects, regulations, and policies and provide feedback on them.
Access Istintaa’ Platform

Interaction Platform:
This platform enables beneficiaries to submit inquiries, suggestions, and complaints directly to governmental entities, contributing to the improvement of government services and enhancing the user experience.
