Mechanism of the system:
  1. Registration: 
    The employee registers their attendance and departure using various technologies such as:
    • Fingerprint scanners: (fingerprint or face). 
    • Electronic Identification Cards 
    • Online Login: Using your username and password or via a mobile app.
    • Location Tracking: To ensure the employee is present at the work location upon clocking in or out.
  2. Data Collection: 
    The system collects this data in a central database. 
    3. Treatment and Analysis:
    The system processes recorded data to calculate:
    • Actual working hours.
  3. Extra working hours.
  4. Periods of delay or absence or leave.
  5. Report Generation: 
    The system provides comprehensive reports for administration and human resources to monitor employee performance and labor costs, offered in formats such as PDF and Excel.

        Sending notifications to staff before the start or end of their shifts to ensure timely registration.

        Organizing and distributing shift schedules for employees accurately and easily.
      • Compliance with Systems: 
        Ensuring alignment of policies with systems and laws, such as those of the Civil Service regulations and rules.
