The main tasks:Documentation of Violations: Verification and recording of cases of tardiness and absenteeism, and documenting them in monthly cards and employee records. Automated Systems Administration: Activate electronic systems for attendance and departure, integrate with Human Resources (ERP) systems, and propose improvements. Prepare Reports: Preparing periodic and annual reports on attendance status and submitting them to the relevant authorities. Administrative Procedures: Referring delayed employees for investigation, following up on the results of investigations, and coordinating with the leave department to issue necessary decisions. Leave of Absence Arrangement: Following up on sick and exceptional leaves, and ensuring the attendance of employees after their completion.
