1- Following up on the organization of related departments and working on updating their work methods and procedures to ensure the easy completion of administrative transactions.
2-   Studying the means capable of developing the university security operations and ensuring their proper flow.
3-   Supervising the activities of transportation means and their various operations within the University. Monitoring the accuracy of work carried out by companies contracted with the University that carry out their work with the Administration.
4- Delivering construction sites and equipment to contractors and issuing receipt minutes and providing competent authorities with a copy thereof.
