Responsibilities

  • Preparing the University's strategic plan in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
  • Developing and aligning the University's strategic vision with national strategic directions.
  • Ensuring and monitoring the achievement of defined objectives and managing and measuring their performance at the University level.
  • Analyzing the internal and external environment to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Defining strategic objectives and KPIs in collaboration with other units.
  • Periodically reviewing and updating strategic plans to ensure alignment with ongoing changes.
  • Guiding and organizing implementation processes and ensuring adherence to approved timelines.
  • Monitoring the strategic plan and supporting its objectives through high-impact initiatives and projects.
  • Encouraging and supporting all University units to propose initiatives.
  • Providing technical support related to initiative templates and output evaluation.
  • Supervising the development, implementation, evaluation, and prioritization of University initiatives.
