The organizational structure of the Scholarship and International Cooperation Administration includes several units that work in integration and coordination to provide the best services and achieve the desired goals.
- Head of the Scholarship and International Cooperation Administration:
Preparation of a guide for the sponsored student that includes the systems and instructions specific to sponsorship and sponsored students, as well as the relevant authorities, to serve them during their studies and what is required of them in their study venues so that they are aware and knowledgeable about what benefits their sponsorship.Collect information about accredited universities outside the Kingdom and language institutes and guidance for those who wish to be sponsored, which helps them communicate with these universities and institutions, and learn about their conditions and requirements.Issuing executive decisions regarding scholarships, renewing and terminating them, adding accompanying personnel of scholarship recipients, issuing decisions for the disbursement of fixed allowances and new compensation, and decisions for scientific trips for undergraduate students and professors receiving scholarships to collect learning materials in accordance with the organized regulations for scholarship programs in this regard.Following up on the implementation of scholarship programs for students abroad and preparing periodic reports and documenting their relationship according to university regulations, as well as preparing an annual report on the matter.Receive reports related to scholarship students, their studies and presenting what is required thereof to the departments to which it relates.Providing colleges and departments of the University with any information they require about their scholarship recipients. Submit an annual report on the administration's activities and achievements.
