In light of the continuous development witnessed in education throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and as part of the framework of Vision 2030, we at the Freshman Year Deanship of Najran University are committed to enhancing the quality of our educational and administrative processes by adopting concepts of development and quality, and applying best academic and administrative practices.
To this end, the Agency of the Deanship works to support continuous development initiatives and ensure improvement in performance across various aspects, which will contribute to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for students and faculty.
Furthermore, the Agency pays great attention to developing human capital through continuous training and qualification programs for the deanship’s staff, based on our conviction that investing in human resources is fundamental to achieving institutional excellence and sustainability.
