Visitor Policy:

Visitors who are unaccompanied constitute a serious threat to the security of the Digital Transformation Agency.

Upon arrival at the Agency building, visitors must present their identification cards and sign the visitor log. All items are subject to inspection. Mobile computer logins must be recorded.

The reception staff will contact the relevant employee to inform him of the presence of a visitor. Entry will not be permitted until approval has been granted by the relevant visit coordinator.

The visitor must present identification to the reception staff and the visitor must sign the visitor log.

The visitor must be accompanied at all times. The visitor must be closely monitored. Small devices can be used to take photos and store large amounts of sensitive data. If you need to step away, ensure that someone takes responsibility for monitoring the visitor. Frequent visitors should not receive special treatment.

Visitors have been instructed to wear their identification cards to facilitate easy identification.

No visitor is permitted to access the University network at any time without obtaining formal authorization from the Information Security Department.

No visitor (or anyone whatsoever) is permitted to borrow your access card.

Loitering in prohibited areas is strictly prohibited.

Visits must be limited to normal working hours. If a visitor needs to remain until early or leave until late, the Information Security Department must be notified, and all other escort procedures must be applied.

Any suspicious activity within the buildings is reported, and in this case, the Industrial Security Administration is immediately notified.
