المواقع الإلكترونية التابعة لجامعة نجران في المملكة العربية السعودية (ويُشار إليها لاحقًا بـ"بوابة جامعة نجران" أو "البوابة") متاحة للاستخدام الشخصي لكافة الزوار. ويُعد دخول الزائر إلى هذه البوابة واستخدامه لها خاضعًا لما تنص عليه بنود وشروط الاستخدام، وللأنظمة السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية، كما يُعد استخدام الزائر للبوابة إقرارًا صريحًا بموافقته الكاملة غير المشروطة على جميع بنود وشروط الاستخدام، سواء أكان مستخدمًا مسجلاً أم غير مسجل، وتبدأ هذه الموافقة من تاريخ أول دخول للبوابة.

The user accepts full responsibility for any use of information accessed through the portal. Use of the portal is subject to terms and conditions that are continuously updated and modified according to the portal administration’s requirements.   • Publishing through the portal of any product or service that violates laws or damages the university's reputation.
  • Attempting to disrupt or impair the gateway’s operation using tools, programs, or means that affect its proper functioning.

      The user or the party uploading files or data assumes full legal responsibility for any infringements resulting from those files, such as containing copyrighted material or patented inventions, or if they violate the Kingdom’s public policies. Najran University and those managing and operating its electronic gateway fully relieve themselves of any legal or regulatory consequences arising from such use.

      Using Links to Najran University Portal

      Except as expressly stated herein, copying or republication of any content from the Najran University portal is prohibited, as is the creation of electronic links leading thereto or displaying the same within external frames (frames) on other websites without obtaining prior formal permission from the University.

      And Najran University is in no way a party or related to any trademarks, logos, service marks, or other media appearing on websites that include links to its portal or rely on its content.

      And the University reserves all its rights to block or suspend any link leading to its gateway if it is related to inappropriate content, offensive to public morals, or violates laws and regulations, or contains materials contrary to public decency or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

      Furthermore, Najran University has the right to disable or remove any unauthorized link or link that conflicts with the portal’s principles and mission, and the University bears no responsibility for the content of other websites accessed through links existing on its portal or referred to therein.

      Links from Najran University Portal

      The Najran University portal provides links to external websites or portals to facilitate visitors, without the University assuming any legal or technical responsibility for the content or credibility of those sites. The presence of any external link does not in any way constitute the University’s endorsement of the content of that site, and use of those links is the full responsibility of the visitor.

      And the portal administration works diligently to update and replace inactive links with functional alternative links, however, direct control over those links is not possible, and therefore the University cannot guarantee their continued operation or accuracy at all times.

      Antivirus Protection

      Najran University continuously scans and updates the content of its electronic portal to ensure it is free of viruses and malware, and recommends visitors use an up-to-date antivirus program when downloading any files or content from the internet. The University accepts no responsibility for any damage, data loss, or malfunctions affecting users’ devices resulting from accessing or downloading materials from the portal.

      Waive Claims

      The content and services of the Najran University portal are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or freedom from errors. The administration of the portal shall not be liable for any downtime, interruptions, or damages arising from the use of or connection to external websites, whether known or unknown to the administration.

      And all data or communications sent by the user through the portal are not owned by the user and the university does not guarantee their confidentiality. They are handled according to the announced policies in the university portal for information security and privacy. Also, any interaction through the portal does not grant the user any legal rights or privileges of any kind.

      And in this regard, any concession made by Najran University to one of its rights stipulated in this policy in a particular situation will not be considered a permanent or comprehensive concession of that right or any other right in subsequent situations.

      Limitation of Liability

Users acknowledge that data exchanged online may be vulnerable to interference or hacking by unauthorized parties. Therefore, use of this portal is at the user’s sole responsibility, and the University or Portal administration assume no legal or technical liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from its use or reliance on the information, opinions, or content published therein. This applies to any data loss, device malfunctions, network access delays or congestion, or behavior of other users. Here, the user expressly acknowledges that the sole means of addressing any potential damage or loss resulting from the use of the Najran University portal is to cease using the website or leave it, without any right to claim compensation of any kind.

      The Najran University Online Portal is subject to technical oversight by the University’s Information Technology Administration, and all materials available through the portal, including text, illustrations, software, designs, and content, are protected by copyright and trademark laws and intellectual property rights recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
