Accessing and using any of the university’s websites constitutes an implicit approval of these terms and conditions without restriction or qualification, whether the user is registered or not, and this approval comes into effect from the date of first use.2. Use of the portal is subject to terms and conditions that may be updated and modified continuously according to the portal administration’s requirements. It is permissible to include direct links to the Prince Nourah University portal on websites that are consistent in their content and objectives with the university’s policies and frameworks, provided these links are not used in a manner that harms the university or contradicts its orientations.
And the University of Najran is in no way a party or related to any trademarks, logos, service marks, or other media that appear on websites that include links to its portal or rely on its content.

The King Saud University portal provides links to external websites or portals solely for the convenience of visitors, without assuming any legal or technical responsibility for the content or credibility of those sites. The presence of any external link does not in any way constitute an endorsement by King Saud University of the content included in that site, and use of such links is at the sole responsibility of the visitor.
And the portal administration works diligently to update and replace inactive links with alternative links that function correctly, however, direct control over those links is not possible, therefore, the university does not guarantee their continued operation or accuracy at all times.
Virus Protection
Najran University continuously monitors and updates the content of its electronic gateway to ensure it is free from viruses and malicious software, and recommends that visitors use an up-to-date antivirus program when downloading any files or content from the internet. The university accepts no responsibility for any damage, data loss, or malfunctions affecting users' devices resulting from accessing the gateway or downloading materials from it.
Waiving Claims
The services and content of the Najran University portal are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or freedom from errors. The administration of the portal shall not be liable for any malfunctions, interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the website or its connection to external websites, whether known to the administration or not.
All data or communications that the user transmits through the portal are not owned by him and the university does not guarantee their confidentiality. They are handled in accordance with the announced policies on the University’s portal regarding information security and privacy. Furthermore, any interaction via the portal does not grant the user any legal rights or privileges of any kind.
In this regard, any concession made by Najran University to one of its rights stipulated in this policy in a specific situation will not be considered a permanent or comprehensive waiver of that right or any other right in subsequent situations.
Limitation of Liability
The e-portal of Najran University provides digital services and supporting information related to academic and administrative bodies, as well as other sectors. It aims to simplify traditional procedures without negating direct communication with the relevant authorities. The user acknowledges that data exchanged online may be vulnerable to interference or hacking by unauthorized parties. Accordingly, use of this portal is at the sole responsibility of the individual user, and the University or the portal administration assume no legal or technical liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the portal or reliance on information, opinions, or content published therein. This applies to any loss of data, hardware malfunctions, slow or unstable network access, or any behavior by other users. The user hereby expressly acknowledges that the sole means of addressing potential harm or loss resulting from the use of Najran University’s e-portal is to cease using the site or leave it, without any right to claim compensation of any kind.

The King Saud University Electronic Gateway is subject to technical supervision by the University’s Information Technology Administration, and all materials available through the gateway, including texts, illustrations, software, designs, and content, are protected under copyright and trademark laws and intellectual property rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In line with the University’s mission to prepare an aware and qualified generation to serve the homeland according to the values and principles of Islamic Sharia, use of the portal's content is permitted for non-profit personal purposes, provided that it is explicitly stated that the source of the content is the Najran University Portal.It is not permissible under any circumstances to sell, license, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, republish, or upload any of the content of this portal for commercial or public purposes without obtaining prior written approval from Najran University.
