This document presents a technical proposal for the services that King Saud University intends to provide to the beneficiary. King Saud University is committed to the technical aspects and local regulations governing the electronic services industry in the Kingdom. It is necessary to explain the obligations of King Saud University for electronic services, as well as to clarify the commitments of King Saud University to the beneficiary of the services. To gain a broader understanding of the technical aspects, this document has been designed to explain all responsibilities and roles of the concerned parties without any lapse or delay in providing the services.


Parties to the Agreement:

This agreement shall come into effect upon its signing by the parties, who are represented by:
  • Party One: Najran University, referred to in this document as “Party One” or “Service Provider”.
  • Other Party: The beneficiary of electronic services, referred to as in this document.

    • Scope of the Agreement:

      This agreement represents the general technical framework for obtaining electronic services provided by Najran University, and applies to Najran University’s Online Training Service.

      • Consideration of approval of this agreement is a mandatory condition for using and obtaining any of the services provided by Party A.
    • This agreement aims to detail and clarify the responsibilities between the parties.
    • This agreement constitutes the legal reference for the first party.
    • For the first party, an interpretation of the agreement is provided based on what the regulations and legal legislation in effect in the Kingdom stipulates.

      Upon approving this agreement, the beneficiary acknowledges that they have the authority to accept its terms. In the event that the beneficiary approves this agreement as a representative or attorney for any legal or natural person, they acknowledge that they have the full legal capacity to bind those they represent by this agreement.


      Service Scope:

      All services provided by the first party are subject to the terms of this agreement, in accordance with the approved agreement between the parties.

      1. Access to Service and Operation Guarantee:

      The services described in this agreement are provided within the university campus, in accordance with the policies and regulatory frameworks for approved projects by the university, unless otherwise agreed upon with the beneficiary or required by the nature of the business to be performed outside the university campus.

      2. Business Continuity:

      Najran University is committed to providing electronic services throughout the service period, ensuring the provision of required support and continuous operation support.


      3. Data and Beneficiary:

      3.1 Data Collection:

      The implementation of the service may require collecting a large volume of data to ensure high quality in its delivery. Party A shall collect data from reliable and certified sources provided by the beneficiary regarding the electronic service.

      3.2 Data Processing:

      All electronic service data is processed through dedicated applications, while all related files and documents are retained during the execution of services. Data is destroyed after service completion in accordance with the approved mechanism for doing so.

      3.3 Data Privacy:

      Numakin University and its staff are committed to providing services while adhering to the highest standards of privacy when exchanging data with entities and stakeholders, whether through digital or physical means, without violating any provisions of the agreement. Employees are also committed to complying with Numakin University’s cybersecurity policies, including agreements:

      • Data Privacy
    • Confidentiality.
    • Non-Disclosure
    • Employees of Najran University are committed to not using beneficiary data in any way that could harm them or their interests, while Najran University retains the right to access data for research and statistical purposes in order to develop the beneficiary experience.

      3.4 Beneficiary Privacy:

      Najran University is committed to protecting the privacy of its beneficiaries and will not disclose any information related to the institution to any party except by a court order in the public interest. Najran University employees are also committed to complying with cybersecurity policies, and will not access any devices or applications without formal authorization, while adhering to access only to relevant assets and applications.
