تنطبق أحكام هذه السياسة على جميع مستخدمي بوابات الخدمات الالكترونية لجامعة نجران وجميع النطاقات الفرعية التابعة.

تجمع جامعة نجران مجموعة متنوعة من بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا للأنظمة والتشريعات المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية والمتعلقة بحماية البيانات الشخصية. تختلف هذه البيانات بناءً على نوع الخدمة المقدمة لك، وتشمل الفئات التالية:

  • Basic Personal Data: Such as Name, ID/Residence Number, Passport Photos, Academic Records, and Biometric Data.

        • Interaction with University Services: Your data is collected when you use the available electronic university services within the platform.
    • Direct Contact: Personal data is collected when you have direct contact with the University through various communication channels (such as email, phone calls, and text messages).
    • Surveys: The University may collect your data when you participate in surveys or questionnaires conducted by the University to obtain your feedback and opinions on the services provided and to improve the educational and administrative experience.

    يتم جمع بياناتك الشخصية في جامعة نجران وفقًا للأحكام المنصوص عليها في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/19) الصادر بتاريخ 1443/2/9 هـ والمعدل بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/148) وتاريخ 1444/9/5هـ. ويعد جمع بياناتك الشخصية ومعالجتها أمرًا أساسيًا لضمان تقديم الخدمات التي تخدم المصلحة العامة، وتجمع هذه البيانات لتحقيق عدد من الأغراض من أهمها:

    • Service Offering: Your personal data is collected to facilitate the provision of academic and administrative services to you, such as registration with the university, enrollment in training courses, and access to other electronic platforms.
  • Improvement and Development of Services Provided: Your personal data is used to improve the performance of the services provided, whether in the field of educational or administrative services, which contributes to improving your experience and ensuring the continuity of providing services at a high quality.
  • Handling your inquiries and complaints: Your data is collected to provide the necessary support and interact with your inquiries from the university’s services, as well as processing the complaints you submit in order to improve the service level and meet your needs.
  • Verify Your Identity: Your personal data is collected to verify your identity when registering for various university systems and services.
  • Security and Protection Implementation: Your personal data is collected for security purposes related to protecting the University’s systems, such as tracking access to digital systems and ensuring electronic security, and combating illegal or fraudulent activities that may affect the University or its service beneficiaries.
  • Personal Data Processing:

    Your personal data, which is collected from you – directly or indirectly – is processed in accordance with the purposes and responsibilities specified in this policy. Your personal data will only be processed by authorized individuals in accordance with their job functions, in line with the policies and procedures governing the processing and protection of data.

The University may also take additional measures to ensure data protection through the signing of data sharing agreements with relevant parties, in accordance with specific terms and conditions that align with security and personal data protection principles.

    Protection of Personal Data:
    Najran University is committed to storing and safeguarding your personal data securely within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether in the University’s data center or data centers approved by it. The University is also committed to applying best security practices and standards locally and internationally to ensure the protection of your personal data.
    Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve legal and regulatory purposes, and to ensure compliance with related obligations. Upon the expiration of the need for data or the completion of the purpose of its processing, it will be destroyed in a safe manner to ensure that it is inaccessible or recoverable, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection System.


    Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data:
    Under this policy, you have the following rights:

    • The Right to Knowledge: which includes your awareness of the legal basis for the collection of your personal data and the purpose of its collection.

  • Give up your data destruction request: You have the right to request that we destroy your personal data when it is no longer needed, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection System.
