This policy is applied at all times, especially at the end of the workday, where the employee must arrange their desk and place sensitive documents in secure and locked locations.

Procedures:

- Shred any papers containing sensitive information or securely archive them electronically.
- Dispose of unnecessary documents using approved destruction tools.
- Lock desktop or laptop computers or tablets when leaving the office.
